Veiovis Direct is a healthcare program giving patients convenient and affordable access to the FHP Health Center for comprehensive primary and preventive care services. For a low aged-based monthly fee, Veiovis Direct is open to everyone, regardless of insurance status or pre-existing conditions.

 

No. It is important to know that Veiovis Direct is not insurance, but a healthcare program that provides direct primary care services at the FHP Health Center. Your monthly care fee will cover your primary and preventive care services. Veiovis Direct does not bill any insurance carrier for our services, and Veiovis Direct care fees are not reimbursable by any health insurance company, and may not be applied to any insurance plan deductible. Your insurance plan may be billed by others for services such as emergency, hospital, specialty care, laboratory tests, diagnostic imaging, prescription drugs or other goods and services that are ordered by an FHP health care provider.
 

 

No. Spouses, domestic partners, children, parents of enrolled children and other family members can be added to or removed from your billing account until the end of your 12-month contract period. Each patient will have his or her individual medical record. Additionally, if you are a parent, you may register your child (or children) without being a patient yourself or vise versa.
 

 

No. At this time, your Veiovis Direct membership can only be used within the FHP Health Center in Guam.

 

Everyone is eligible and there are no prior condition exclusions. As soon as your application is entered into the system, you will receive a member number and can start availing of your included benefits immediately.

 

Veiovis Direct may help the following individuals gain access to primary medical care: 1. Individuals who are insured under a high deductible insurance plan; 2. Individuals of all ages who do not have medical insurance coverage.

 

Yes. As a Veiovis Direct member, you will receive 10% off OTC products at the FHP Pharmacy.
